Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Study tender documents including BOQ, drawings, RFI replies, and specifications.

  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for civil and finishing works.
  • Coordinate with procurement for updated material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
  • Develop technical & financial proposals, commercial breakdowns, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare method statements, compliance sheets, and project execution plans.
  • Participate in site visits and prepare professional site visit reports.
  • Work closely with the Technical Office and Sales teams to finalize submissions.
  • Follow tender timelines and ensure complete documentation is submitted on time.
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2 5 years of experience in technical office and cost estimation/tendering.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel (advanced), and BOQ preparation.
  • Good understanding of WBS, construction sequences, pricing logic, and subcontracting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially near tender deadlines.
