Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study project specifications, including legends, vendor lists, and project requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and ensure pricing aligns with company standards and discount strategies.
  • Negotiate and secure the best prices and delivery times from manufacturers.
  • Manage and coordinate assigned tendering and quotation activities.
  • Identify the most cost-effective product solutions that meet project specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quotation records within the company s system.
  • Share critical information with purchasing and field teams regarding vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
  • Ensure no project data or quotations are lost, following tender department processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and control.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
