Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Test Analyst and Automation Playwright Assurance --Casablanca, Morocco-- Ref. : PHONE_NUMBER Context: We are recruiting a Senior Test Analyst to strengthen the quality teams of our client within the framework of projects with a strong business component (insurance). You will intervene on varied scopes (Life insurance, Auto, etc.) and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, with an openness towards automation and AI.
Main Missions:
- Development and execution of tests
- Design and maintain test cases (functional, regression, BAT, UAT, E2E)
- Participate in the elaboration of the test strategy
- Pilot integration and system tests within sprints
- Lead business acceptance and business validation phases
- Manage anomalies: reporting, root cause analysis, tracking, and revalidation
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate test activities
- Report alerts to the Test Lead and propose alternative solutions
Reporting and documentation
- Document plans, cases, and execution reports
- Keep test processes up-to-date
- Prepare documentation per release
- Ensure clear reporting to stakeholders
Collaboration and communication
- Work in close collaboration with the Test Lead, business experts, and Business Analysts
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Coach and mentor junior team members
Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts (regression) with AI-assisted Playwright
- Be a reference in automation and script development
Continuous improvement
- Participate in regular training (accessibility, performance, other specialized areas)
- Stay updated on testing methodologies and tools, including AI, to improve efficiency
- Promote the adoption of new tools and approaches
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum experience of 5 years in software testing, including significant experience in the insurance sector (Life, Auto, etc.) mandatory
Excellent mastery of testing principles (design, anomaly management, strategy)
Ability to manage a test scope, track anomalies, and present progress to stakeholders
Mastery of Jira and Zephyr; significant experience with Playwright (major asset)
Experience in using AI tools for testing (desirable)
ISTQB certifications (highly appreciated)
Fluent French and English (written, read, spoken)
Consulting approach, ability to transform data into insights and actions, solution-oriented
Excellent internal and external communication
