Senior Test Analyst Assurance

Client of Novancy One

Main tasks:

• Design and maintain test cases (functional, regression, BAT, UAT, E2E)
• Participate in the development of the test strategy
• Manage integration and system testing within sprints
• Facilitate the technical acceptance testing and business validation phases
• Managing anomalies: reporting, root cause analysis, follow-up and revalidation
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Escalate the alerts to the Test Lead and propose alternative solutions

Reporting et documentation :

• Documenting plans, case studies, and execution reports
• Keep testing processes up to date
• Prepare the documentation by release
• Ensure clear reporting to stakeholders

Collaboration et communication :

• Working closely with the Test Lead, subject matter experts, and Business Analysts
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members

Automation:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts (regression) with AI-assisted Playwright
• to be a reference in automation and script development

Am lioration continue :

• Participate in regular training sessions (accessibility, performance, other specialized areas)
• Oversee testing methodologies and tools, including AI, to improve efficiency
• Promote the adoption of new tools and approaches
