Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough audits of timekeeping records, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to gather and validate time and attendance data, ensuring accurate allocation of labor costs.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to employees and managers on timekeeping procedures, promoting understanding and adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Holds a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification, demonstrating expertise in payroll and timekeeping.
  • Has a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in timekeeping and payroll administration within the [Industry] industry.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and relevant labor laws.
