Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, Implement & Track structured plans targeting top accounts across geographies

• Implement the country marketing strategy at channel and portfolio level

• Assist in Development & monitoring of Sales & BTL plans in a timely manner

• Execute & Monitor NPD launches and prepare periodic reports on all launches

• Extensive cross functional collaboration including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance teams

• Tracking competition & proactive action to implement counter measures.

• Regular reporting: Pricing & BTL spends

• Tracking competition & recommend actions to implement counter measures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier Tier 1 institute)

  • 10+ years of experience post MBA and atleast 5 years of experience in trade marketing

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internal & external

  • Proven ability in promotion planning, BTL management & post implementation review of scheme effectiveness

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and provide insights.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
