Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will join our teams to contribute to the different phases and work of our projects with our clients:
-
Prepare and carry out analyses and diagnostics of existing organizational and internal, market and competitive situations,
-
Conduct research and benchmarking studies on organizational and technological practices and trends
-
Analyze customer needs and identify transformation opportunities.
-
develop transformation strategies adapted to the Client's objectives
-
Develop appropriate roadmaps and operational models to support and drive the transformation
-
Design change plans in collaboration with internal teams.
-
Support teams in the implementation of new methods, tools or systems.
-
Ensure change management and team training.
-
Monitor the progress of the project and measure the impact of the changes implemented.
-
Manage stakeholders and ensure communication between teams and departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
You have mastered the issues of Digital Transformation and Innovation in the banking and financial environment and have knowledge of banking and financial information systems and applications, Core-banking systems and the regulatory and technological ecosystem in Morocco and internationally:

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

Knowledge of project management techniques (Agile, V cycle, etc.).

Mastery of technological and organizational diagnostic methods and tools
-
Experience in technological and organizational transformation plans
-
Experience in change management and team support.

Mastery of digital tools and new technologies, particularly for banking and financial professions
-
Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Leadership and ability to unite around transformation projects.
-
Resilience and ability to manage complex or crisis situations.
Profile Search
-
Bac+5 diploma or higher in business school, engineering, or equivalent.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (Consulting Firm or Digital Transformation Entity)
-
Experience in managing transformation projects in the banking and financial sector
-
Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing environments.
-
Certifications in Agilit (SAFe); project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
