Job Summary

Pluto Travels is looking for a Ticketing & Reservation Executive for our Ahmedabad office to manage flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong GDS knowledge and experience in domestic and international ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, rebooking, and cancellations.
• Manage reservation enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers.
• Work on GDS systems like Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
• Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and travel information.
• Assist with refunds, schedule, changes, and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Upsell travel services when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism diploma preferred).
• 1–3 years of ticketing/reservation experience.
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
• Strong understanding of domestic & international fare rules.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in shifts (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in travel agencies, airlines, or OTAs.
• Knowledge of visa processes and ravel documentation.
