Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
  • Design intuitive user experiences that align with business goals and user needs
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
  • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries
  • Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve usability
  • Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, and usability testing when needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all digital products
  • Design interfaces optimized for both LTR and RTL experiences, with strong attention to Arabic user behavior and typography
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:
    • Auto Layout
    • Design Systems
    • Component Architecture
    • Interactive Prototyping
  • Strong experience in:
    • Wireframing
    • User flows
    • Interactive prototyping
    • High-fidelity visual design

About:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms while maintaining scalable and consistent design systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex design challenges, has a strong eye for visual detail, and possesses deep expertise in modern product design practices and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product design
  • Native or fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Strong hands-on experience designing for RTL (Right-to-Left) interfaces and Arabic digital products
  • Proven experience working on real-world digital products from concept to launch
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
