Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & User Research
- Lead and contribute to UX strategy for web and mobile products
- Conduct and analyze:
- User research
- Stakeholder interviews
- Usability testing
- User personas, journeys, and experience maps
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and UX documentation
UI Design & Design Systems
- Design high-fidelity UI interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Own, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and guidelines
- Ensure consistency across products while aligning with brand identity
- Apply usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
Prototyping & Validation
- Create interactive prototypes for user testing, stakeholder reviews, and development handoff
- Iterate designs based on feedback, usability findings, and business priorities
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Developers
- Marketing and Branding teams
- Review and validate UI/UX implementation during development
- Provide design guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers (if applicable)
Business & Product Alignment
- Balance user needs with business objectives
- Design experiences that drive engagement, usability, and conversion
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap discussions, and design direction
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of proven professional experience in UI/UX Design
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong understanding of:
- UX research methodologies
- Interaction design
- Information architecture
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Nice to Have / Plus
- Experience designing:
- Enterprise or government platforms
- SaaS products or data-heavy dashboards
- Familiarity with:
- Front-end basics (HTML, CSS)
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience mentoring or leading designers
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Portfolio Requirement
- A solid and well-structured portfolio is mandatory.
- The portfolio must clearly showcase:
- UX case studies and design thinking
- User flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile
- Real-world product or platform experience
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

- Figma & FigJam
- Design systems & component libraries
- Adobe Creative Suite (optional)
- Prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie plus)
