As a Senior Underwriter FGA/Property, you will play a key role in managing fronting business operations, evaluating large and complex risks, and ensuring profitable underwriting practices. 1. 5+ years of underwriting experience in FGA/Property, preferably with exposure to fronting business.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to manage relationships and represent the company in external discussions.

1. Evaluate and underwrite FGA/Property risks with a primary focus on fronting business.

2. Review and assess submissions, prepare quotations, and finalize terms and conditions.

3. Collaborate with clients, brokers, and reinsurers to structure competitive and compliant insurance solutions.

4. Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

5. Prepare policy documentation, endorsements, and related underwriting records.

6. Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to strategy development.
