We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences across our digital products and services. The ideal candidate is a seasoned researcher who has worked across complex projects, led usability testing, and applied UX best practices and methodologies to inform design decisions.

You must have hands-on experience with usability testing, knowledge of the Nielsen Norman Group s 10 usability heuristics, and a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Apply Nielsen s 10 Usability Heuristics during evaluations and testing to identify UX issues and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to translate research findings into actionable insights.
• Lead the development of user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle and influence design strategy with evidence-based insights.
• Present clear, concise, and compelling research findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Mentor junior researchers and support UX research knowledge sharing across the organization.
