Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role Purpose
  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional Senior Validation Specialist with strong experience in pharmaceutical validation activities, capable of leading validation tasks, ensuring compliance, and supporting high-level quality standards across various projects.
  • About the Company TAG Company, one of the largest and most reputable companies in Egypt and the Gulf Arab region, specializing in high-end mechanical systems and services such as HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing, HVAC System Validation, Medical Gas Qualification, Indoor Air Quality Testing, BMS Validation, Thermal Mapping, Calibration, Firefighting System Testing, and Duct Cleaning.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Execute HVAC Validation, Thermal Mapping, Calibration, and Environmental Qualification.
  • Prepare and review Validation Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and technical reports.
  • Perform site Testing & Balancing (TAB)
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify deviations, and support CAPA activities.
  • Coordinate with project teams and support audits with complete documentation.
  • Experience Required: 4 to 9 years
  • Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical industries is a must
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 4 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Science
  • Strong knowledge of validation protocols, documentation, and GMP standards
  • Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
