Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to join our executive team in Giza. This C-level role is designed for a high-impact professional who can architect our go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performance sales organization, and unlock new revenue streams through aggressive business development. If you thrive on building relationships, closing major deals, and shaping the future of a dynamic company, this is your platform. As our SVP of Sales, you will be the architect of our growth. You will define the sales vision, optimize business development processes, and directly manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Your responsibilities include: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales & business development strategy aligned with corporate goals. Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. Identifying and targeting key market segments, forging strategic partnerships, and opening new business channels. Managing key account relationships at the C-level and negotiating complex, high-value contracts. Building robust sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems to ensure data-driven decision-making. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless customer acquisition and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive sales and business development leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the Vice President or C-level. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in driving double-digit revenue growth and closing large, strategic deals in Egypt or the MENA region. Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire, coach, and build a world-class sales culture. Strategic Mindset: Deep expertise in market analysis, competitive positioning, and crafting scalable go-to-market plans. Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
