Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with creative teams to transform concepts into polished, audience-driven video assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end post-production for high-impact video content across digital, social, and campaign platforms
  • Own creative and technical decision-making for video edits, ensuring exceptional quality and storytelling standards
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into editing workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and scalability
  • Edit and optimize short-form, long-form, and performance-driven video content (ads, reels, TikToks, YouTube, brand films)
  • Apply advanced color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and clients to elevate concepts through video
  • Develop and maintain efficient post-production pipelines, templates, and best practices
  • Review, refine, and approve final edits before delivery
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Mentor and provide creative direction to junior editors
  • Stay ahead of emerging video trends, AI tools, formats, and platform algorithms

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Video Editor or Lead Editor (agency or production environment preferred)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and modern post-production tools
  • Strong experience using AI-driven video tools (e.g., AI-assisted editing, auto-captioning, upscaling, generative visuals, voice enhancement, workflow automation)
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, performance metrics, and audience engagement
  • Advanced color grading and sound design skills
  • Proven ability to create high-performing social and digital video content
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and feedback skills
  • Ability to translate creative strategy into polished, platform-ready video content
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex workloads
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced editing and innovative use of AI
