• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into merchandising strategies.
• Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage the visual budget effectively, maximizing impact within set financial constraints.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for props and materials for displays.
• Report on visual merchandising initiatives and their impact on customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in visual merchandising, fashion design or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a visual merchandising role within retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative visual merchandising designs and strategies.
• Excellent ability to work with design and office software tools, including CAD programs.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior merchandisers or retail staff.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Adaptability to changing market trends and retail environments.
