Senior Warehouse

Client of NOK for Human Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch)
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper system updates (ERP / WMS)
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments (procurement, logistics, sales)
• Prepare and analyze warehouse reports and KPIs
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Handle and resolve operational issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with warehouse automation systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Advanced Excel skills
