Senior Water Resources Engineer

Lead and execute full design scope for wet utilities, including conceptual and detailed design of irrigation, potable water, sewer, and stormwater systems.

• Develop and review design drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, and presentations in compliance with applicable standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation including specifications, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration and timely project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers and junior staff.
• Review and resolve complex engineering issues and ensure high-quality technical output across project stages.
• Communicate engineering solutions effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage workload and priorities to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and coordination sessions as required.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of hydrology, flood protection, and hydraulic design principles. Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary integration. Proficiency in relevant engineering software, including WaterCAD/WaterGEMS, SewerCAD/SewerGEMS, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-MAS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Ability to work with multiple tools for hydraulic, hydrologic, and GIS analysis. Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
