Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you need to do:
  • Manage a team of junior developers. Mentor & provide them support to ensure quality delivery.
  • Responsible for coding, integration and testing of web/desktop applications as per requirements/scope and adhering to the policies, procedures and standards of development, testing and DevOps.
  • Be responsible for code quality and ensure optimum code performance.
  • Work with testing teams and ensure that quality standards are applied.
  • Work with UI/UX teams wherever relevant to implement the right UI/UX adhering to the guidelines set.
  • Ensure software documentation is up-to-date.
Must haves:
  • Must have an experience in handling and managing a team.
  • 5+years experience in Software development and implementation.
  • Must have experience in PHP/MySQL/LAMP platform.
  • Must have experience in Yii2 or Laravel frameworks.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience in the development of APIs and Web Services
  • Experience in very large-scale global SaaS product development or ecommerce implementations on the Cloud platform preferably AWS.
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Minimum of two large scale enterprise or global e-business platform development experience.
  • Exposure to a DevOps environment
  • Master/Bachelor s degree in computers or a related discipline
  • Excellent leadership skills
