Job Description:
As a Senior Web Developer (Odoo Python) at MWG Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo-based applications to support the agency s business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable web solutions, optimize workflows, and integrate various business processes into the Odoo ERP system.Key Responsibilities:
Odoo Development & Customization:
Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python to meet business requirements.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications within the Odoo framework.
Customize Odoo workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
Web Development & Integration:
Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways into Odoo.
Optimize Odoo s performance, database queries, and backend processes.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and web applications.
Ensure system security, data integrity, and software updates are properly managed.
Provide technical documentation and training for end-users.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with designers, business analysts, and IT teams to enhance web solutions.
Stay up to date with Odoo framework updates, best practices, and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Requirements skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years working with Odoo and Python.
Strong experience in Odoo framework, ORM, and module development.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with Odoo server deployment, performance optimization, and debugging.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
