About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned webMethods BPM Developer with strong hands-on

experience in business process modelling and workflow automation using the

webMethods suite (v10.X).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing BPM-driven

solutions, integrating backend services, managing deployments, and supporting

enterprise-grade production environments.

What Youll Do

• Design and develop business processes using webMethods BPM (Designer).
• Perform process modelling and implement workflow orchestration across

enterprise systems.

• Develop and integrate backend Flow Services on Integration Server to support

BPM processes.

• Implement new BPM solutions and enhance existing workflows based on

business requirements.

• Configure and manage deployments using webMethods Deployer.
• Work with My webMethods Server (MWS) for task engine configuration and user

management.

• Implement asynchronous integrations using Universal Messaging (UM) / JMS.
• Utilize Command Central for environment and asset management.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design discussions, and client

walkthroughs.

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production environments.
• Prepare technical documentation including LLDs, deployment guides, and

process documentation.

• Support release activities and coordinate with client teams during deployment

cycles.

What You Should Have

• 7+ years of overall experience in Software AG webMethods suite.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in webMethods BPM development.
• Strong experience in:
• webMethods Designer (Process Development)
• Integration Server (Flow Services)
• My webMethods Server (MWS)
• webMethods Deployer
• Universal Messaging / JMS
• Command Central
• Solid understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pubsub,

and event-driven architectures.

• Proficiency in XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and related transformation/mapping.
• Familiarity with error handling, compensation logic, retry mechanisms, and

logging best practices in BPM flows.

• Good knowledge of SQL and interaction with relational databases.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in middleware environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles with good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CAF-based UI development.
• Exposure to performance tuning of BPM processes.
• Familiarity with multi-environment enterprise deployments.
• Experience working in Middle East projects.
• Certifications in Software AG webMethods products.
