Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
- Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method
- Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
- Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
- NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)
- Supervisory experience (Preferred)
