Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO, AEO & GEO):
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Manage technical SEO audits and implement best practices to improve website ranking.
- Optimize content for multilingual audiences, with a focus on Arabic and English.
- Apply AEO techniques to optimize content for voice search, featured snippets, and AI-driven answers.
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance discoverability in Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered search engines.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Campaigns:
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Retargeting).
- Optimize ad spend and track ROI across digital channels.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Develop and manage content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor engagement, manage community interactions, and support brand positioning.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators for compelling campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to measure performance.
- Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Digital Growth & Strategy:
- Identify new trends, platforms, and opportunities to increase digital visibility.
- Support lead generation activities and digital funnels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE and GCC digital landscape is a plus
