Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and mapping to optimize website content and structure.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend actionable solutions to enhance site performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure.
  • Manage and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Identify and resolve SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, and site architecture.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and clients on SEO strategies and tactics.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
