Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to improve rankings.

  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search visibility and conversions.

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).

  • Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified leads and sales.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Analytics.

  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and PPC trends.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance ad quality, CTR, and conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a talented SEO & Google/Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both SEO management and running high-performing paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, delivering measurable growth and ROI.

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and Google/Meta Ads Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of Google/Meta SEO guidelines and SEMrush (or similar tools).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads & Meta Analytics.

  • Ability to create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign targeting.

  • Good understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly.

  • Currently holds a Visa/right to work in UAE.
