Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • - Craft and lead holistic SEO strategies that combine content, technical, and link-building best practices.
  • - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to uncover growth opportunities.
  • - Audit and improve website architecture, crawlability, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
  • - Optimize metadata, structured data, internal linking, and content performance across our site and client platforms.
  • - Monitor performance through SEO tools and analytics dashboards, delivering clear reports and action plans.
  • - Collaborate with designers, developers, and writers to embed SEO into every stage of project delivery.
  • - Stay ahead of algorithm changes and adjust strategies proactively.
  • - Manage and optimize local SEO (Google Business, citations, local reviews).
  • - Identify and implement innovative SEO opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • - 4 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within a branding, digital, or creative agency.
  • - Proven track record in improving organic traffic and rankings in competitive markets.
  • - Mastery of SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • - In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site performance.
  • - Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into smart actions.
  • - Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills in English.
  • - Experience with regional markets like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE is a strong plus.
