Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites to optimize them for search engines. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, and analytics to improve website rankings and drive traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase the visibility and organic search ranking of our website.
Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams. Identify opportunities for new and existing content.
Implement on-page optimization including improving website structure, page construction, content, keyword relevancy, and use of tags.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Adjust strategies based on analytical findings.
Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
Work with content creators to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase engagement.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Audit and enhance technical aspects of the websites to improve SEO performance.
Provide regular reports to upper management on SEO performance and insights on areas of improvement.
Work closely with marketing, and development teams to develop a cohesive SEO strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, IT, Business, Communications).
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and the behaviors of search engines.
Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and others.
Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website technologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A results-driven and detail-oriented individual.
