Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for a hands-on SEO specialist to own our search strategy end-to-end across Google and AI platforms.
You'll handle everything from technical audits to content optimisation and link building, with a strong focus on visibility in AI-generated answers.
Responsibilities:
- Own SEO strategy and execution (technical, on-page, content)
- Drive keyword rankings for high-value terms
- Optimize content for AI search visibility and citations (AISO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Manage blog/content optimization aligned with SEO goals
- Build and execute backlink/authority strategies
- Track performance across Google and AI platforms and report on KPIs (rankings, traffic, leads)
Skills:
- Technical SEO audits, Core Web Vitals, schema
- , SEMrush or similar tools
- Google Search Console & GA4
- Proven link-building track record
- Strong content & on-page optimization skills
- Daily AI tools usage in workflow
