Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage and optimize multiple Google My Business (GMB) profiles for various locations.

· Ensure accurate and up to date information (business hours, addresses, photos, etc.) across all profiles.

· Implement local SEO strategies to improve rankings in local search results and Google Maps.

· Monitor and respond to customer reviews to enhance engagement and reputation.

· Analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, customer actions) using GMB insights.

· Identify and fix inconsistencies or issues in NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) across profiles.

· Stay updated with GMB and local SEO trends to enhance visibility

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong focus on Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB) optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize multiple GMB profiles, including business info, posts, photos, reviews, and Q&A.
  • Expertise in NAP consistency management across directories and citation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools, including:
    Google Search Console & Google Analytics
    GMB Insights
    SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz / Ubersuggest
    Keyword research & tracking tools
  • Familiarity with schema markup / structured data for local SEO is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze traffic trends, keyword performance, rankings, and customer actions to generate data-driven SEO improvements.
  • Understanding of local link-building strategies and review management techniques.
  • Up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and SEO guidelines.
