Roles & Responsibilities

This role requires someone who is analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing SEO from A to Z. You will collaborate with our content writers, designers, and developers to execute high-quality SEO strategies.

On-Page SEO
  • Conduct keyword research (Arabic + English)
  • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt tags
  • Improve internal linking structure
  • Create SEO content briefs for writers
  • Enhance website structure, pages, and user journeys
Technical SEO
  • Perform full SEO audits
  • Identify and fix indexing, speed, and performance issues
  • Implement schema markup
  • Improve Core Web Vitals
  • Collaborate with developers for technical fixes

Off-Page SEO
  • Create backlink strategies
  • Manage outreach & citations
  • Build local SEO signals
  • Improve domain authority
Content SEO
  • Create monthly content calendars
  • Develop blog/topic clusters for medical and business websites
  • Optimize existing content for ranking improvements
Local SEO
  • Manage Google My Business profiles
  • Optimize location pages & service keywords
  • Generate local citations and NAP consistency
Reporting & Growth
  • Track rankings using GSC/Ahrens/SEMrush
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Suggest improvements and new opportunities
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong>Full-Time SEO Strategist (Arabic Speaker)/strong> to join ICONCLY s remote team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and Google My Business management. You will work across our medical, consulting, and industrial clients to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and build long-term SEO systems.br> /p>
