SEO Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and managing company's overall SEO strategy. They usually cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist to join our company! As a SEO expert you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.
Applicable technical knowledge or skills can include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools like RankMath, and coding utilizing PHP, CSS or HTML.
SEO Specialist duties and responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Backlinks building
• Online Reputation Management
• Regular content creation
• On page and off page optimization
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Social Media page management, comment and review management
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
• Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• SEO Specialist requirements and qualifications
• 2 years of experience as SEO Consultant or similar role
• 2 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
• Proven success in SEO
• 2 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
• Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Backlinks, Keyword, Meta Tag experience
• Some experience in sales is preferred

1. Understand Business Niche and Requirements

Before anything else, a good SEO Specialist would take a step back to understand the business, its niche, and its strategic objectives.For that reason, they work closely with the main stakeholders usually the CEO, CMO, president, etc. to understand everything.

1. Conduct Extensive Keyword Research

A crucial aspect of an SEOs job is to conduct keyword research. This means discovering different terms/queries that people within the target audience of your business typically search for on Google or any other search engine.
