We are excited to offer an opportunity for an F&B Server Assistant (Russian Speaker) to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.

We are looking for a dynamic F&B Server Assistant who brings genuine warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to every guest interaction. With a positive and uplifting approach, the ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverage service and takes pride in creating memorable dining moments. They possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in both Russian and English. Adaptable and efficient, they manage multiple tasks with ease while remaining open to new ideas and committed to high standards. With a creative and analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a self-driven attitude, they are organized, results-oriented, and dedicated to elevating the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service while following the assigned standards operating procedures.
• Ensure to possess a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times.
• Collaborate well with other team members working in other functions of the restaurant or bar.
• Having excellent knowledge about the food and beverage menu on offer while developing a complete working knowledge of the menus, ingredients and information for the restaurant and resort.
• Ensure to keep the area clean and well organized while monitoring and adhering to the standard checklists
• To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
• Assist and collaborate with the team of servers during the service whenever there is a need to provide support at any time.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years previous experience as a server in a luxury resort/ hotel/ upscale restaurant or similar hospitality environment
• College education or equivalent experience.
• Previous employment experience in a similar position will be advantageous
• Requires the ability to operate restaurant operating systems ( Micros )
• Requires to be able to read, write and speak in English and Russian fluently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and be a team player
