Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide immediate assistance, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Accurately take customer orders, process payments, and manage cash handling with precision to maintain financial integrity.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area, upholding hygiene standards to ensure customer comfort and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Possession of a food handler's certificate, showcasing commitment to food safety standards.
  • Prior experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
