Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers.
- Present the menus and advise the customer.
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service.
- Prepare and clear the tables.
- Participate in the upkeep of the room.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in three languages (French, Arabic and English preferred).
- Neat presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
