Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
MAIN MISSION.
- To ensure quality customer service while respecting hygiene standards and service standards specific to the restaurant industry,
MAIN CHEESES
- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Ensure the room is set up (tables, place settings, customer areas)
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and service areas
- D clear and clean the tables after service
- Participate in the preparation of services (breakfast, dinner)
- Apply food hygiene and safety rules
- Perform any task assigned by the hierarchical superior.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of restaurant service techniques
- Experience in pizzerias or restaurants (preferred)
- Good mastery of food hygiene rules
- Sense of service, friendliness and good presentation
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
