Detailed Job Description:
The Server Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rack and stack of servers, storage and related hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure servers such as tower server, BladeSystem.
Perform routine maintenance, firmware upgrades.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers and storage units.
Provide onsite or data center support for server deployments.
Maintain accurate records of server configurations, inventories, and technical procedures.
Comply with IT security policies and best practices.
