Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with precision.
  • Diagnose vehicle issues through active listening and effective questioning, translating technical jargon into customer-friendly language.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates on service progress, fostering transparent communication with customers.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and invoices, explaining charges in detail to avoid misunderstandings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with an automotive service technology degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Certification from recognized automotive organizations (e.g., ASE) will be considered a strong asset.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.
