Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service, maintenance, or repairs.
Assess customer needs, accurately diagnose vehicle issues, and provide technical advice and recommendations.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service orders.
Prepare detailed service estimates, explain repair processes, and obtain customer approvals.
Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs and keep customers informed about status updates.
Ensure all service documentation, records, and invoices are accurately completed and maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and genuine spare parts to customers.
Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to ensure availability of required components.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a service advisor or automotive engineering role.
- Proven knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and explain complex issues to customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based automotive environment.
- Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
