Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and repair orders.
Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians.
Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout service.
Monitor job progress and perform quality checks before delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues.
Promote additional services and maintain customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive aftersales.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
Detail-oriented, organized, and multitasking under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office or workshop management systems.
Diploma/Degree in Automotive or related field preferred.
UAE driving license and local market experience is an advantage.
