Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless flow of information regarding vehicle service and repair needs.
  • Diagnose customer concerns accurately through active listening and effective questioning, transforming technical jargon into understandable language.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates and invoices, ensuring transparency and building customer trust through clear communication.
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize service tasks, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Senior secondary or diploma is essential

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service advising or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and service processes.

  • Experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

  • Certified Service Advisor or equivalent certification is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development.

  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet operational demands.
