Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle service or repair needs.

Open and manage repair orders with complete and accurate customer and vehicle information.

Explain recommended services, repair requirements, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.

Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.

Monitor workshop progress and provide customers with regular updates on service status.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Review completed work orders and ensure all services performed are properly documented.

Prepare final invoices and explain charges clearly to customers before vehicle delivery.

Promote additional maintenance services and service packages when appropriate.

Ensure all warranty claims are processed according to company and manufacturer standards.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up actions.

Work closely with the Parts and Workshop teams to ensure parts availability and smooth workflow.

Follow up with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and service quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

2+ years of experience (preferably in commercial vehicles)

Strong communication & customer service skills

Very good English

Flexible and customer-oriented

6th of October residents preferred
