Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand and validate client needs and requirements and conduct a preliminary inspection for any upselling opportunities (services or parts)

Assign the service request to the concerned workshop and fill out the job card and operation line along with any order extension (if needed) as per client s complaints and the preliminary inspection findings.

Act as the service center SPOC with the client to advise on workshop examination findings, service fees, payment method, estimate time of delivery, and get client s approval on the final service works.

Track service activities progress to continuously the client, ensure on-time delivery with resolution of vehicle issues, and arrange for any special delivery requests (e.g. towing services)

Conduct final check on the car to ensure that work orders are executed properly as well as checking the vehicle cleanliness.

Manage the invoice preparation in alignment with the executed work and ensure full accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering.

Good knowledge of car technicalities/ maintenance is preferred.

Years of experience:

0-3 years of overall experience

Professional Exposure:

Customer interfacing (customer service or sales) background is a must.

Automotive industry is preferred.

Core Skills required (Head- Hand Heart): (Advanced/Intermediate/Basic)/u>
