Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the main customer contact in Aftersales

  • Coordinate job allocation and collaborate effectively with workshop and warranty teams
  • Ensure superior customer experience through clear, professional communication
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a service advisor in automotive dealerships, preferably luxury brands

  • Strong customer communication and job control skills
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Arab Nationals, Bilingual
  • Male, below 45 years
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Valid Kuwaiti Residence Visa (Article 18)
