Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the main customer contact in Aftersales
- Coordinate job allocation and collaborate effectively with workshop and warranty teams
- Ensure superior customer experience through clear, professional communication
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a service advisor in automotive dealerships, preferably luxury brands
- Strong customer communication and job control skills
- CDK experience preferred
- Arab Nationals, Bilingual
- Male, below 45 years
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Valid Kuwaiti Residence Visa (Article 18)
