Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair/maintenance work clearly.
- Coordinate with Workshop to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of automobiles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
