Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
SERVICE ADVISOR
Required tasks
Receiving customers and registering service requests.
• Providing advice to customers regarding maintenance and repair.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcome customers and log service requests.
• Advise Customers on
maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service.
Follow up on maintenance and reporting
Customers.
• Monitor service progress and update customers.
REQUIREMENT: 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE ON A SIMILAR ROLE
