Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Prepare service estimates and explain repair procedures clearly.
Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow.
Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and status updates.
Upsell additional services when appropriate, ensuring customer needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive dealership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
