Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Accepting customer requests regarding service dates and assigning these on the basis of the urgency of the service to be performed, possibly after consultation the service advisors
Scheduling of service appointments and meetings with service advisors at non-conflicting times, possibly after consultation with the service advisors
Comparing current workshop capacity continually and administering the scheduling system in consultation with the workshop manager and service advisors
Initiating a check of parts availability when scheduling a time or date
Preparation of vehicle files and history
Providing telephone service for the service department
Providing personalized support for service customers
Providing hospitality in the waiting area
