Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A leading company in the home appliances and services sector is looking to hire a Service Branch Coordinator for its service branch in Saida, South Lebanon.


Key Responsibilities:


Prepare daily schedules for technicians.


Call customers to schedule appointments and confirm defect details.


Prepare and manage spare parts needed for technicians.


Assist with the cost and selling price of parts.


Update daily inventory and order required parts from the headquarters.


Assist customers with part inquiries (by phone or at the branch).


Receive in-home repair requests from customers and dealers.


Monitor technicians van GPS movements.


Close job cards daily within the system.


Handle local purchasing for the branch.


Withdraw spare parts for job cards and execute warehouse transfers.


Supervise the branch s spare parts stock and perform physical counts as needed.


Control branch expenses and manage due bills.


Report regularly to the Direct Manager on branch operations.


Qualifications:


BS degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field).


Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a similar position.


Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.


Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
