Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Service Advisor will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between clients and the workshop team. The main duties include:
- Receiving customer inquiries and repair orders.
- Preparing and reporting repair requests.
- Obtaining repair approvals from clients.
- Recording repair progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Closing job orders daily.
- Reporting carryovers and pending jobs.
- Tracking and updating the status of each vehicle under repair.
- Understanding technical issues to provide appropriate solutions and guidance.
- Preparing and submitting daily reports for all assigned vehicles and clients.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.
- Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
