Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow, resource allocation, and service processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturer standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
  • Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of required components.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Develop and manage service center budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to support business growth and customer retention initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of service operations, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive service management with workshop experience not less than 3 years.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive service processes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, onsite, and adapt to changing business needs.
